With over 15 years experience, Restoration Experts is operated by its founders to ensure the integrity and pride that clientele expect and deserve. The owner, Arnold Quaranta is a Master Fire & Smoke Restorer & Master Textile cleaner and maintains his independent adjuster’s license to assist with the interpretation of insurance coverage’s and guidelines. All technicians are certified annually with in the IICRC. These continuing education classes and seminars keep us current of the latest technology, enhance our job performance and guarantee your satisfaction.

Restoration Experts has an excellent response time for emergencies. We guarantee a one to three hour response time to minimize the cost of your loss. We have 24 hour availability, 365 days per year. Live operators are on duty around the clock and all owners, managers and technicians carry pagers, cellular phones and two-way radios at all times.

We deal with restoration in three key phases: Containment, Coordination and Completion.

Containment – Our initial efforts will be to “contain” the damage: protect occupants, to preserve, protect and secure your insured's property and possessions from any further damage or exposure to hazards, weather or vandals. All services performed by Restoration Experts are pending the insurance company approval. Should the situation arise where an insured is in need of services prior to an adjuster’s availability to survey, only preventative measures are taken. Restoration Experts staff is trained in working with an automated office system. Our capabilities range from digital imaging (photos) which can be e-mailed to you for immediate viewing and hand held PCs to cellular telephones, pagers and fax machines. Containment or “loss mitigation” considerably reduces costs. Response time is critical. We guarantee an immediate response for emergency services.

Coordination – We are licensed and experienced appraisers. Restoration Experts offers full-service estimates including photos and depreciation of both contents and structure. We serve Suffolk, Nassau, and the five boroughs of New York City. Complete calculated costs will be coordinated with the insurance agent and adjuster to confirm coverage. All questions are answered and all coverage’s confirmed. Written estimates are submitted and approved prior to any restoration being performed.

Completion – Now the technicians will take all of the steps required returning the structure and the contents back to pre-loss condition. Constant communication and coordination is maintained with you and your insured. We guarantee complete satisfaction. No job is complete until the insured is satisfied.

Our Standard Operating Procedure – The Staff of Restoration Experts strives to lessen your workload while ensuring the satisfaction of your insured. Within ten minutes of you notifying our office of a claim your insured is contacted. We will have a uniformed technician present within one to three hours. Upon arrival the technician will host a walk through inspection with the insured to explain the various procedures needed to restore their property back to prior condition. Once we have an endorsed certificate of authorization and your approval the restoration process will begin. Through out the duration of the claim, our customer service staff will maintain lines of communication between all parties. Once all of the work has been completed an additional walk through is performed with the on-site Foreman. At this time a certificate of satisfaction is endorsed. All labor and materials are GUARANTEED for one year. Our goal is to minimize the Agent/Brokers “loss ratio” and maximize the insured’s satisfaction.

For all work of which we are contracted, our estimators will provide full service estimates free of charge. Restoration Experts policy is to accept the amount of payment that the Insurance Company deems fair and reasonable for the necessary restoration work performed.
